Over the years, Eleven Madison Park has become a window for the best artisans of New York food. In 2013 Daniel and Will’s carefully selected suppliers were gathered together in a book, the second af- ter The Cookbook in 2011, showcasing the best food producers in a 150 mile radius. Beer from the Brooklyn Brewery, chocolate from the Mast Brothers, chickens from Violet Farm Hill, honey from Tremblay, Homarus lobster and Blue Moon lettuce were all included with recipes by Daniel to bring out the best in the products. It’s a declaration of love for the New York State (of mind) that introduced, for the first time, the concept of regional New York food. Eleven Madison Park looks evermore like the city that hosts it. Dy- namic, pulsating, cosmopolitan, spectacular, intellectual, brilliant: the restaurant that never sleeps.
